Shipping and Return

Orders are processed and shipped from Copenhagen, Denmark no later then 2 days from when the order is placed, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.

Once the order is dispatched, buyer will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number.

Packages shipped through GLS, DHL and UPS are insured. 

We cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages. These issues have to be dealt with directly through the shipping company. 

Please contact us and will assist as much as we have capacity for. 

For international orders, a customs duty will be charged to you depending upon the country in which you reside. Bellini Bikini are not responsible for payment of this duty. By law, we cannot change the value of order on commercial invoices. 

If you decide to refuse your shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are insurred (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

All international orders are shipped via UPS, GLS or DHL.

We are glad to exchange any full price, unworn, unwashed merchandise within 14 days of receipt of your online order. 

All sales are final after 14 days of purchase.

We cannot be held liable for any delays or failure to deliver once an order is handed over to a third party shipping company if the delay or failure is caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
